ONE TOUCH DIE HOLDER

The One Touch Die Holder can reduce set-up time dramatically, providing the machine setter easier access to the dies in the bottom turret. The One Touch Die Holder allows for the quick exchange of dies in the turret, without removing the punch assembly. The die holder is removed by a quarter turn on the key, which unlocks the device. The holder is then simply pulled out. This in turn eliminates the need to feed the dies through the upper turret. This tool is particularly effective if the user has a standardised turret layout, therefore only the dies need to be exchanged due to the material thickness increasing or decreasing. The One Touch Die Holder is only used on machines with a triple track layout. (Z Type Turrets, Pega 244 and Aries series are not applicable) |
