CONTOURING TOOL Amada's philosophy of a standard turret layout is realised with the Contouring Tool. Fast close pitch nibbling is achieved from innovative punch tool design. Suitable for EM and Vipros III machines.




  • ''A' Station Airblow Tool with Vacuum Die.
  • Produces a fine contoured edge.
  • Punch complex shapes without the need for special tooling.
  • Minimise tooling costs and standardise turret layout. 0.01mm punch tip to guide clearance, minimises side loading forces when nibbling.
  • Ensures smooth contoured finish.
  • 0.5mm nibbling pitch possible.
  • APH Punch tip = 2.0mm round.
  • Maximum material thickness:
    Mild Steel = 1.6mm
    Stainless Steel = 1.0mm
