Rolla V uses a unique process involving two semi-circular followers that support the material throughout the bend, wrapping the component around the punch tip.
- Eliminates conventional 'die line' marking on bent components.
- No tool contamination from materials such as Galvatite or Aluminium.
- Bend components with holes next to the bend line without hole distortion.
- Small flanges possible with minimum marking.
- Large adjustable style also available.
