ROLLA 'V'

Rolla V uses a unique process involving two semi-circular followers that support the material throughout the bend, wrapping the component around the punch tip.

Eliminates conventional 'die line' marking on bent components.
No tool contamination from materials such as Galvatite or Aluminium.
Bend components with holes next to the bend line without hole distortion.
Small flanges possible with minimum marking.
Large adjustable style also available.

* Min. bend angle may vary depending upon punch tip radius and material thickness.
** These dimensions apply bending Mild Steel and Aluminium. With Stainless Steel these dimensions may increase slightly.

When angle of punch used is less than component angle required, the result may vary up to 3°.
Slight witness marks may appear where inserts meet.
