3D solid modelling and unfold system. The Sheet Metal Model Creation function allows the user to take a customers part which is not a true sheet metal component and transform it easily and quickly into a correct sheet metal fabrication. Form recognition function allows you to teach SheetWorks all your production forms (such as dimples, bridge forms, burrs, etc.) and the system automatically recognises and flattens them into the blank. To aid the design function, press brake tooling profiles can be superimposed onto parts. This avoids future problems when the parts arrive at the press brake for folding. |
