Linea5 combines easy-to-use and intuitive features with advanced CNC programming to help you maximize machine efficiency and productivity.
Nested layouts and part drawings are automatically processed without restrictions. You can create your drawings with the integrated CAD module (AP100) or import them as DXF, IGES or DWG files.
Other features include :
- Automatic selection of tools and cutting parameters.
- Cutting of any geometric shape.
- Trimming of sheet edges.
- Cutting of standard shapes (also with multitools).
- Construction of pattern holes (grids, lines, arcs, etc…).
- Microjoints
One optional module that can be added to Linea5 is the PR (Part Removal) programming system for Amada PR automation machines. This allows the user to dictate:
- Suction cups to be used.
- Unloading arm positions.
- Part stacking on the unload table.
- Pallet diagram to be used for unloading.
