Direct link to MasterStore cell control system to allow unload pallet availability checks. Tooling checking facility confirms that all tooling for a schedule is loaded in the machine turret. If tooling is missing to complete the schedule, the DNCView operator can alter tooling in turret and all NC programmes are re-written automatically. Schedules of programmes can be ‘queued-up’ with required sheet quantities. Tool change breaks can be inserted into the schedule to prompt operators. Material change breaks can be inserted into the schedule to prompt operators. Urgent jobs can be added to schedule whist it is running. Jobs ahead in the schedule can be suspended then re-prepared. Optional unloading layout management module allows machine operators to rearrange part picked jobs on the unload table to produce more efficient part stacking utilisation. |
