Offline pressbrake programming software for multiple components. Can be used on Amada HFP series pressbrakes. Can be operated unmanned allowing effective use of office ‘dead-time’ (lunch times, overnight, etc.) Batch folding function creates common tool layouts for multiple parts, drastically reducing press brake down time. Bending schedules can be created with quantities and required delivery dates. Pre-loaded with a comprehensive press brake tooling library. Built-in simulation functions. Built-in manual editing functions. When used with the HFP Windows based AMNC control press brake the operator can see the actual 3D bending sequence on the screen. |
