Working closely with the Service Hotline, the Parts Hotline offer a personalised sales service, managed by an experienced team of staff dedicated to the fast identification and supply of genuine Amada OEM parts. Our aim is to supply parts promptly to avoid unnecessary downtime.
Our centralised UK warehouse boasts an inventory of over 20,000 parts to satisfy the needs of our customers, including mechanical and electrical consumables, lubricants, filters and laser optics. We also have access to the Global stocks of the Amada Group to ensure minimum delay.
A range of premium delivery options is available to compliment our standard next day service. To ensure that breakdowns are attended promptly with the necessary parts, we use an overnight dropbox distribution service to locations near the customer. This enables our engineers to collect the parts and deliver them personally to the customer. This ensures we are not over reliant on normal courier’s premium services.
We also supply a range of ancillary products and services such as Light Guard perimeter guarding systems, CNC control upgrades, EZ cut filter refreshment and shear blade regrinding.
