ASL UL SERIES ASL UL Series for FO / FOL / X1 Lasers
  • The ASL UL takes care of automatic loading and unloading of sheets to the Amada FO / FOL / X1 lasers and stores raw material and worked sheets.
  • The machine has a very compact design and the complete installation takes up very little floor space.
  • Suction cups allows loading of different material types including steel, aluminium, etc.
  • A raw material capacity of 3000 kg on each of the material pallets ensures long, uninterrupted production runs.
  • The ASL UL can be configured with a number of different pallet types according to the customers needs.
  • The ASL UL is also available in a version with two storage towers for extended storage capacity.
  • Available for sheet sizes from 2000mm x1000 mm up to 4000mm x 2000 mm.

ASL SERIES FOR PUNCH LASER / COMBI MACHINESASL Series for Amada Punch / Laser / Combination Machines

  • The ASL takes care of automatic loading of sheets to Amada punch / laser / combination machines.
  • The machine has a very compact design and the complete installation with takes up very little floor space.
  • Suction cups allows loading of different material types including steel, aluminium, etc.
  • A raw material capacity of 3000 kg on each of the material pallets ensures long, uninterrupted production runs.
  • The ASL can be configured with up to 15 shelves.
  • In cycle material stacking, eliminating material set-up time.
  • Available for sheet sizes from 2000mm x 1000mm up to 4000mm x 1500mm.
